Postal or carrier delays

Events outside our control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Salty Babe Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us before returning anything.

Clear photos of the item and packaging
All returns or replacements require prior authorization.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error or a defective item.
